Transitioning from an inpatient treatment program to a life in recovery is often a delicate and difficult process. The Granite House for Women is a Granite Recovery Centers Program that provides critical elements needed for many women to successfully make that transition.
Our highly-trained team of clinical and 12-Step experts support women through three phases of programming that gradually transitions women into a successful life in recovery.
Our three-phase program ensures that women are first feeling strong in the integration of the 12-Steps into their everyday life. This important phase consists of individual counseling, group therapy, and 12-step work. Secondly, we coach them on skills to manage everyday life, assist them with school, or finding employment. Lastly, as they continue to become stronger in the management of their work or school, their recovery, and balancing everyday life; we provide a safe, structured, supportive, and sober environment from which they eventually step out on their own.
The Granite House for Women and Granite Recovery Centers are committed to providing high quality programming that provide, structure, support, clinical expertise, and the skills and tools needed to live a purposeful and successful life in recovery.
